UnknwnAI is a Cardiff-based AI SaaS studio, officially established in 2025 around two ideas: Chronos — a healthcare ecosystem that started with parents and grew to connect patients, clinicians, admin and pharmacies — and Abstract, the next-generation ERP we wished already existed.

From a kitchen-table idea to here.
Short story. We started with one question — what would a parent actually need to manage their kid's healthcare in one place? — and a thesis: most teams don't need bigger models, they need better integration.
The idea is born.
Chronos starts life as a one-stop healthcare app for parents — somewhere to handle appointments, prescriptions and records for their kids without juggling four portals.
Chronos goes ecosystem.
The scope grows. Chronos becomes a full healthcare ecosystem — connecting patients, clinicians, admin teams and pharmacies in one place. Alongside it, work begins on Abstract, a next-generation AI-powered ERP to drag business software up to where AI actually is.
UnknwnAI is officially established.
Cardiff studio, two founders, a clear thesis. We hire our first three engineers and start putting Chronos and Abstract into real environments.
MindSight begins.
Our diagnostics work spins out into its own product. A research partnership with a UK university opens up the dataset for neurodiversity screening.
Services open formally.
After dozens of "can you just look at this" conversations, we formalise two services: API engineering and AI consultation. Six-week engagements, ending with a build, a buy, or both.
